Biophilic Design
Taking inspiration from the proximity to Alexandra Park, designers Hawkins Brown created a ‘green route’ of biophilia through the space. The indoor garden extends from the entrance up the full height atrium to the impressive roof terrace.
Colourful Workspace Interiors
Planting and bright colourful, interiors, soften and contrast with the hard 1980s exterior of the Greenside Building. Furniture, selected to complement the quirky design, is bold, tubular and fun. Comfort and wellbeing were prioritised and create a home-from-home workspace.
Enhancing Social Spaces
Curvy geometric lines are common through the variety of flexible spaces. Collaborative social spaces and private meeting rooms are enhanced with the work of local artists. Bespoke, flat weave rugs add texture and warmth, enhancing the domestic look and feel.
Workspace for everyone
The layout includes a variety of working environments to ensure there is suitable space for everyone. Along with dedicated desking and open plan, social areas there are private meeting rooms and individual booths for focused work. The stunning outdoor space provides additional workspace or a place to relax and enjoy views of Alexandra Palace.
