Introduction
Following the 2020 pandemic, demand for office space decreased in urban centres leading to an oversupply. With the future uncertain, businesses lacked confidence to commit to long leases and sought a flexible solution. CAT A+ provided the flexibility needed whilst also meeting the needs of businesses seeking single occupier space.
We worked with a number of London based clients to install CAT A+ office fitouts in spaces that would previously have been let as CAT A only.
Interested to find out more about this solution we brought together an expert panel for a webinar in December. Landlords across the UK have been impacted by the reduction in demand for office space and are likely to be considering new options.
