City Centre Office Space
Close to key transport links in a city centre location, 45 West Nile Street is in the main business district of Glasgow. The attractive, open plan space on the top floor enjoys great views and benefits from lots of natural light.
Furnishing CAT A+ Space
The 2000 feet² office was an ideal size for creating a versatile and flexible workspace. Bureau worked with the client, and their agent Avison Young, to include a variety of areas for deskwork, meetings, and socialising. An acoustic meeting booth provides a quiet space for informal catch ups in the centre of the open plan area. Some free space was left so that future tenants could add any additional elements, such as sofas or an office call pod.
Industrial Style Look and Feel
Fabrics and finishes were selected to complement the industrial style of the stripped floors and exposed brick wall. The result is a bright, welcoming space which allows incoming tenants to hit the ground running.
