Projects / ISAM
Overlooking the iconic ‘Gherkin’, 100 Bishopsgate is the City of London’s newest tower. With a BREEAM excellent rating it is a building with sustainability at the heart of its design.
ISAM (International Standard Asset Management) acquired a lease on 12,416 sq ft of office space in the prestigious building last year. With Squire & Partners as designers they created a classic but contemporary space with a comfortable and domestic look and feel.
Providing workplace furniture consultancy, Bureau worked alongside Squire & Partners to realise the vision of a flexible, aspirational space. Taking full advantage of floor to ceiling windows, meeting rooms and breakouts were planned to enjoy stunning views across the city.
Natural and stained timber furniture enhances the generous use of wood in the ceilings and floors. Creating a warm, inviting environment, oak coffee tables and credenzas sit next to comfortable sofas in leather and wool.
Well-being at work
With a high-spec, luxury finish, the interiors blur the line between office and domestic spaces. Judicious use of planting boosts wellbeing and complements the natural materials used.
Unique Office Design
An original combination of European, with some lesser-known brands, elevates a traditional style workspace and creates a unique interior.
